Training Classes/Workshop Cancellation Policy
- In the event that the webinar/Live online Training/Seminar is postponed due to natural disaster or other cause beyond Valiant Telos’s control, we will make every effort to reschedule. Any registration payments made will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled program, Valiant Telos will provide a full refund upon written request from the registrant.
- We require a minimum of 8 to run a Live online training course, and the course may be cancelled by Valiant Telos if the minimum number of attendees is not met.
- We require minimum of 50 attendees to run the onsite workshop/seminar, and the workshop/seminar may be cancelled by Valiant Telos if the minimum number of attendees is not met.
- We allow a maximum of 25 attendees on the first come first served basis for webinar/live online training. Your order is therefore only valid when fully paid and confirmed.
- We allow a maximum of 100 attendees on the first come first served basis for seminar/workshop. Your order is therefore only valid when fully paid and confirmed

At Valiant Telos we strongly believe that the Live Training, books, study programs, seminars and other materials that we provide are the best available, and that if you use these materials/sessions as directed you will significantly change your life for the better.
Refund
Liability for payment of fees arise at the time of booking. Where a cancellation in writing is made 10 days or more prior to the start of the program a refund or credit note will be issued for 75% of the course fee. Cancellations received less than 10 (ten) business days prior to training start date will result in loss of 50% of training fees. After this time, liability for the full amount remains. No refunds will be given if cancelled within 2 days of start date but Valiant Telos will accept substitute registrants. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Valiant Telos believe in providing best of breed training to the best satisfaction of the students. So, we give the opportunity for the attendees to walk away with up to 50% of the fee refunded if they are not satisfied. But with two conditions:
- The student should have attended/completed all the sessions of the program and given detailed feedback for all the modules.
- Should have submitted all the assignment provided by the trainer/presenter for all the sessions within 48 hours of completion.
The actual % of refund will be decided based on the internal assessment done on the feedback form and assignment.

It is understood that your status at the VALIANT TELOS is not that of an employee and you are not entitled to, nor do I expect, any wages, salary, commissions, compensation, insurance benefits or health benefits in connection with your activities at VALIANT TELOS.
Training / Seminar Agreement Including Waiver and Release
This Agreement is automatically enteed on the date of the registration (date), between Valiant Telos Inc ( a legally registered company operating under US laws with mail address 60 Broad Street, Suite 1513, FL24, New York NY called “Valiant Telos” and, hereinafter called Owner/Training, and the registrant/attendee of the event, hereinafter called Participant.
Whereas, Owner/Training owns and operates a classroom training/seminar/webinar/liveonline/workshop training entitled “Success keys to the
trillion dollar MARKET DIGITAL assets & Tokenized fund” hereinafter called the training, which seeks to train people to Unleash the deep-Tech secrets of analyzing the Digital Asset “Intrinsic Values” and ”Moat”,successfully_; and
Whereas, Participant desires to attend the training; and
Whereas, all potential participants must agree to the terms of this Agreement in order to attend training;
Whereas participant does hereby waive and release, and will indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Valiant Telos including its agents, teachers, employees, officers, and directors, hereinafter jointly and severally called Organization, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I may receive as a result of, or in any way related to, his/her participation in training/Training at Organization during (date). By this Waiver and Release, participant also assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or death associated with receiving computer instruction from Organization, or other related activities conducted by Organization. This Waiver and Release contains the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this Waiver and Release. The provisions of this may be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon the prior written consent of all parties. The provision of this Waiver and Release will continue in full force and effect even after the termination of the activities conducted by Organization, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise.
Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. The information presented at this Training general educational purposes only.
2. Owner/Training does not provide advice on legal issues, investment, accounting or taxation. We advise that you seek professional legal advice regarding such matters
3. Owner/Training does not guarantee results in (goal of Training, e.g., finding a job) once you have attended one of our Trainings.
4. Participant does hereby waive and release and Owner/Training from any claims arising your attendance at this Training or using the information provided or taught at this Training.
5. Any dispute under this Agreement shall be required to be resolved by binding arbitration of the parties hereto. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, each party shall select one arbitrator and both arbitrators shall then select a third. The third arbitrator so selected shall arbitrate said dispute. The arbitration shall be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in force and effect.
6. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware
